Our newest paper is now available in Traffic. In this paper we demonstrate that the FYVE domain of ALFY has an evolutionarily conserved glutamic acid that inhibits lipid binding but is required for aggregate clearance. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/tra.12771
