ABOUT THE RAGUSA LAB

We are exploring the molecular mechanisms of selective autophagy, a catabolic cellular process which targets specific cytosolic material for degradation in the lysosome. We use a diverse set of techniques including X-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, biochemistry and cell biology.

The Ragusa Lab is located in the Chemistry and Molecular and Cell Biology Departments at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. We are a part of the Institute for Biomolecular Targeting.
